The team handled a restaurant job perfectly, installing new gas lines, fixing existing ones, and connecting all equipment, even lighting pilot lights to ensure everything worked. For a residential pool project, they were prompt, communicated well, and showed up bright and early. I reached out on a local Facebook community page looking for a reliable and experienced plumber to replace a gas line and add a water line / hose attachment from my house to my inground pool. I was picky in my descriptions, since gas lines scare me. After many recommendations, I settled on calling MAS. I was pleasantly surprised when Mike not only responded to my initial message promptly, but he showed up to give me a quote within days of being contacted. I was given the estimate within 24 hours and Mike showed up on our agreed upon date bright and early. (Which is SUPER rare anymore!) Not only was Mike's communication impressive, but his work was perfect! His team even took consideration when digging the trench for our lines to separate the top sections of grass from the backfill, and left the yard in MUCH better condition that I anticipated, leaving me barely any work to get it 100% back to normal.
