Had a great experience with Kyle. He quickly determined the problem and worked quickly to resolve it and kept me informed thru the entire process. I was in the process of doing dishes and looked down and realize I was standing in half an inch of water on my kitchen floor. I went on Google and got in touch with Len the plumber. Tom showed up half an hour later. He was over the top courteous and efficient. It was clear that he knew exactly what he was doing and knew the correct and most cost-effective way to repair the problem. Tom is officially my go to plumber and I will not hesitate to recommend him.
