I highly recommend Trailway Construction. We used them to build a new deck. The job was complex because of the steep incline behind the house and the fact that the deck is essentially on the second story (finished basement below). The crew (Stephen and Ephraim Stoltzfus, Raymond, Damon, etc) were all top notch. Very professional, efficient, effective, and knowledgeable. Also very friendly and pleasant to work with. They were perfectionists who attended to every last detail. A very positive experience for sure.

After watching the quality workmanship of Trailway Construction in framing an addition and installing a standing seam metal roof for my neighbor, I had absolutely no doubt that I would only use them for the construction and installation of a standing seam roof to replace my aging rubber roof. The meticulous workmanship and attention to detail were outstanding. Raymond was fabulous and can’t speak more highly of him. I highly, highly recommend Trailway Construction for ANY construction or remodeling need and would gladly refer anyone I know to them. I am so very pleased with our new roof.

Trailway Construction was able to help us with getting a new flat roof for a fraction of the cost. Our local roofers only wanted to sell us a brand new rubber roof and they were not familiar with the advanced silicone coating products that are now available. Trailway installed Conklin Acrylic Coating over our existing roof and we now have a new 20 year warranty. Thank you for our new roof and for sending only qualified mechanics to do the work. Tell your guys they were very polite and did a great, organized, and clean job!
