From Jeanne, the office manager, to Anthony and Logan the plumbing technicians, all were extremely couteous, professional and excellent at their jobs. Service is prompt, excellently performed, at reasonable costs. New hot water heater and uncloged kitchen sink drain today.

J-S Plumbing was able to provide a quote and schedule service to replace my old hot water heater with a new one within 3 days. Anthony and Logan showed up right on time, were patient and courteous in answering all my questions. My water heater is in the basement and requires power vent. They were able to drain and uninstall the old tank, reinstall the new one with reconfiguration of all the piping and clean up the job site in under 2 hours. It was a very professional job they did. We had water heater problems. Our situation required multiple visits (due to the wait for parts from the manufacturer) which were scheduled in a reasonable timeframe. The tech was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. As difficult as the situation can be, dealing with the folks at J-S reduced the annoyance factor considerably. I don't hesitate to recommend this business.
