I walked in without an appointment with my adult special needs daughter after a medical procedure and she really wanted her hair done after all she went through and they were able to do her right away no wait time and Jen was really sweet and kind and showed her pics of different hair colors and was able to highlight her hair and we were in and out faster than I thought and she lived her hair . I will bring her back to Jen again. 😊💜
