Brandon was amazing fixing electrical issues in our 100 yr old house.We thought we’d be stuck without power in half the house for a month trying to get an electrician to come by during the holiday season. But it took one call to Serenity, and he came by the same day.Initially, it looked like a small issue and an easy fix, but He was thorough, and checked every switch, outlet and fixture until the root cause was found.It ended up taking a full three days of pulling outdated wiring and replacing it all, but Brandon showed up when he said he would, and made sure it was done right.It even came in at a much better price than I thought it would be. Three weeks before Christmas, the electrical in 2 rooms of our 1920s era home went out. We called Brandon at Serenity and he got over to us that afternoon. With it being an old home, it was not easy to diagnose the problem. Brandon carefully took things apart and got to the bottom of the issue without damaging anything such as old baseboards or plaster.Not only was he professional and courteous, he took the time to explain things to me. He was careful to clean up all the debris afterwards. Brandon Maritato. Serenity Remodel. Made the mistake of paying him in full. Now he won’t come back to finish. Wants MORE money to finish what he started!! Apparently it’s extra to reinstall the base when you install a new floor. Shame on me. I didn’t know. I assumed that was included. Apparently installing a new door doesn’t include the trim. Shame on me again. Oh, you wanted flooring in the closets too? Extra! Oh, you wanted the ceiling to go all the way to the wall? Extra! I should have also assumed he was available for a reason. Steer clear of this one.
