Dr. Chris Jordan is the man. He's s polite and very knowledgeable. The staff always has a smile and a warm welcome as you enter for your appointment. NEI has been my eye doctors for 25 yrs and I will continue with them.

I had a terrible eye irritation and my eye doctor went out of business. I called two other places and they could not help. Northeastern Eye saw me within an hour and helped me when others asked me to go to a hospital or urgent care. I was very happy with Dr Emily's help!

I had a positive experience during my appointment at the Honesdale Northeastern Eye. My wait time was minimal and the young lady who completed my test was professional and friendly. Dr. Christopher Jordan reviewed my test results with me and checked my eyes. I'm good to go for another six months.

More fees in the mail? Everyone I dealt with was wonderful, glasses are good and I thought my three visits to get my glasses was normal and fine. However I received bills in the mail for things that we're already paid! There's a $20 charge they gave me for my insurance which is possible I'm not complaining so much about that. But there's another charge for revisit with the eye doctor which I originally was told was part of the original service and expense. So I don't believe I'll be going back because I just can't deal with these extra expenses out of the blue. But if you have money and not to worry about spending a little extra, people there are nice, glasses are good quality.

Absolutely love this place. Dr. Emily Sparks has been my favorite eye doctor so far in my 25+ years of wearing glasses. Quick, friendly, and cheap yet quality frames and lenses. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs an optometrist.

Got me in promptly to see an ophthalmologist. Very professional. Only down side was when I asked to get an appointment for an eye exam for glasses I was told it would be 6 months.

This was our first time coming here and I was thrilled with our experience. Everyone there was so pleasant. I had appointments for myself and my daughter's between the ages of 3-8. The techs were so kind and patient with my kids, who had a ton of questions to ask. They explained every piece of equipment in the room to them and made them feel comfortable. Dr. Boyce was amazing. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. She didn't mind all of the questions from curious kids or the crying baby I was trying to comfort during the visit. She kept the visit straight to the point without any unnecessary tests like I've experienced at another practice.
I am incredibly happy with this office and staff. I wish I had found them sooner instead of dealing with stress from another office.
