Jeannie and Sydney were so kind, patient, and understanding from the moment I walked in. My hair was badly matted, and I was honestly embarrassed, but they never made me feel judged. They took their time, gently worked through everything, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time.

They explained what they were doing, gave me helpful tips on how to care for my hair going forward, and made me feel like myself again. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and so incredibly grateful.
