I approached Beck, Gogolski & Co., Inc. based on positive reviews, but unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations. Despite entrusting them with my husband's business paperwork since before Thanksgiving 2023, the progress made was minimal.
Communication was severely lacking, as I was only informed recently that nothing substantial had been done apart from filing an extension. This lack of transparency and progress is unacceptable, especially considering the urgency of our needs. And to top it off they will not take new clients. Although I thought I was a client since November. The person within the firm emailed with me I continually asked about progress. I do wish he just said the truth of what was happening. So I could have found someone to help me. Instead, it was only brought to my attention yesterday.
Regrettably, I must express my disappointment with this firm. As a result of this experience, I will be seeking assistance from a more reliable and professional firm.
