All of the staff there are incredible! I didn’t have my physical insurance card with me and they still found my insurance information for me and processed it. Everyone was smiling, laughing, and made the experience really easy and comfortable. Thank you all!

My eye exam went well; it was thorough and the optometrist understood my underlying eye health challenges that were impacting my sight. They worked to adjust my prescription so I could see better.

I would have gave this location a five-star review however it took me over a month and a half to get an appointment for my son. I originally scheduled an appointment and was 15 minutes late and even though I called to say I was running late when I got there they would not take my son for his exam. I was very disappointed because when I arrived all the employees were sitting down having a meeting or conversation with one another and told me they could not give my son his exam even though they didn't close for over an hour. When I rescheduled and actually had his exam done everything went well. Staff was wonderful and I had no complaints.
