Everyone was very timely, patient, and overall were kind to me and my partner who helped me pick out glasses. I wish they had a slightly larger selection, but I did find glasses I liked.
Everyone who helped me with my appointment was very friendly. They worked hard before I even got there to figure out my insurance, and let me try different types of contacts before submitting an order for them. I sincerely appreciate that staff also used my preferred name and pronouns, which made the visit far more pleasant and less awkward for me.
Dr. Bodamer is always absolutely wonderful. She is knowledgeable, comprehensive and takes the time to explain every part of the exam to you. She gave me helpful feedback and suggestions on ways I can improve and protect my eye care/health and always gives samples of solutions/drops/contact lenses so I can try them prior to buying. As long as I stay in the Pittsburgh area, she will be my optometrist.
