“As a 10+ year consumer of this facility I have always highly recommended it to friends and family. Business hours have changed due to the pandemic but the quality of service has always remained the same, top notch. I wanted to cry like a baby when my doctor retired but hey, I also plan on retiring from my job. Doctors are allowed to retire too. My new PCP is fabulous. I will admit it took a minute to get an appointment as a new patient with her but this appears to be an issue in other offices as well. A little patience goes a long way. I had no issues getting my medications refilled during the interim and I have quite a few. This is a good place for healthcare.“
“After a few months of my appointments being cancelled at the pavillion in wexford due to covid concearns, I finally decided to just go do my procedure at the GI Lab here at AGH, I'm glad I did. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, I arrived about 20 minutes early and I was taken back almost immediately, and it was only another 5 or 10 minutes before they were taking me back to do my colonoscopy. I don't remember everyone's names but I can say that the nurse who initially brought me in (I think her name was Londyn? or London? I know I'm spelling it wrong sorry!) Was incredibly professional and kind, the anesthesiologist who talked with me before my procedure and the nice woman who put me under when they actually took me back were extremely professional and I felt very safe in their care. Doctor Kochar was also extremely professional and I was extremely satisfied with my visit. While I wouldn't recommend a colonoscopy, if you have to get one, I recommend the GI Lab at AGH I was in and out within 2 hours. They were very respectful of my anxiety and the facility was extremely clean. Not to mention the incredibly soundtrack they had which was Tom Petty the entire time! Again I strongly recommend them if you absolutely need to have a colonoscopy done.“

“Operation safety net is nothing short of ANGELS on earth! I'll tell ya a short story: "We were traveling from Michigan to aid places of need ie: homeless camps ect; We got down in the dirt with them(not intending to become homeless ourselves), although we were living in my van, we came to the 7th & Carson St. camp on the South Side of Pittsburgh, there was a terrible illness afflicting people there. We came to help, so God in the interesting ways that he works, saw fit to remove our vehicle to the car pound and we ended up homeless for over 2 months at said camp. It was the most horrifying AND the most enlightening, AMAZING experiences of my entire life! It was most humbling and OSN were definately what their name is... A SAFETY NET! I'm anemic and they brought me Iron, checked my vitals and gave comforting words just the same; I witnessed first hand how they handled those in need of medical attention and it was nothing short of pure altruism! It inspired me in my own mission to do the same as a counselor of the afflicted. Many who were there in the summer of 2017 could attest that I loved them all! Like, OSN, the care they gave to those who would otherwise be passed off as unimportant, was vital to the preservation of the human heart! I would LOVE to be a part of such a team if I ever got the chance and I value the leadership and kindness I experienced while meeting many of them! Thank you Operation Safety Net! You not only gave us aid, You gave us HOPE in humanity, and THAT my friends is worth more than rubies! God bless you ALL! In Jesus name, AMEN!
