I ordered a dress for a wedding this weekend and it just arrived yesterday. While trying it on the strap broke. I messaged BK Alterations to see if there was any chance they could help me out on such short notice. They responded and I went in that next morning and she (I’m sorry I don’t know her first name!) fixed it right away. It was a quick fix and she didn’t even charge me for it.
