I went there today and purchased a new to me Janome. Jamie was my sales person and I am so glad!! She is very knowledgeable about all the machines they carry and answered all my questions patiently. I will definitely go back and would recommend anyone looking for a new or reconditioned machine to check there first.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Came in to purchase a vacuum but weren't 100% sure what we wanted. The associate (its been a couple weeks so I do not recall his name) was extremely kind and knowledgeable, and guided us to a nice sebo. That vacuum is awesome, and I was glad we listened to his advice. I also want to say, that they beat any price we could find online for the same model. By a significant amount. If your in the market for a new vacuum, I recommend coming here.
