Bucks County transport has been an amazing service for my father. Driver Jay did an exceptional job helping him in and out of the vehicle and took extra special care to help him get in the house.

Our son with special needs has been taking BCT to work for nearly 10 years. We have always found the dispatchers to be accommodating and friendly. The bus drivers are like family to us and our son always misses them when they take vacation. Thank you BCT for providing a safe and welcoming environment to our son for all these years!

I truly appreciate the fact that BCT is available for patients such as myself but I am highly upset with a staff member there by the name of Ellen Melson. I asked my sister to contact BCT to inform them of what transpired today with my being picked up and driven on the bus for close to an hour before being dropped off at my clinic for a life sustaining treatment. Ellen proceeded to tell my sister that I am a chronic complainer and a liar and that I wasn’t on the bus for close to an hour. What type of customer service satisfaction is that? I also called my clinic to inform them that I would be late for my treatment and that per the driver I was 10 to 15 minutes away... read full review
