We have been very happy with the services that BCT has provided for our daughter. We have used BCT for 8 years and have not had any problems. I want to say that we have had some very caring bus drivers. When she first started she had Felix, she now has Joe in the morning and Karen in the afternoon. They have all been very caring towards our daughter. They greet her every time she gets on the bus. Love that her drivers care about her.
I had my first experience with Bucks County transport yesterday. Mark, driver, was on time and very pleasant. Diane, driver, on my way home was on time and very friendly also. Both made my trip enjoyable. Happy with the service.
They are amazing! Lisa from office went extra mile to help me with my - unusual- request and my mother - who uses their service too- is also very impressed with courteous helpfulness of the drivers. Fantastic!
