What does one expect when calling in help for heater/air conditioner inspection? I don’t know anything about the old heater in the basement. What I got was an honest, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly assessment.
Shortly after, I had a plumbing issue and didn’t think twice on who to call. Received the exact same service. Two different people, same quality service. And no, this isn’t a fake AI generated review. I was an English major in college and this is just how I write.
A/C went out over night Sunday house was 95 degrees waited to Monday morning and Did not know who to call but searching we remembered the Buffington’s from years past. The lady on phone was like taking to a good neighbor. We lived close to Buffington office so a gentleman stopped on way out on his calls to check unit. The capacitor was bad he had one on truck and replaced in under within 30 minutes. May have been an easy fix this time but our experience with the people from office to technician was wonderful and a feeling that they cared which ment the most. Being seniors it’s a blessing to have someone to call when needed
Dillon was the plumber that came to the house. He was extremely polite and very knowledgeable. He got right to work and fixed everything we needed done. Very happy. Have used before and will definitely use again.
