Their dock hours is 5AM to 1pm. Even though they say office hours is till 3pm, once get their past 1pm, you will have to come back the next day to be loaded. So if you don’t make it there before 1pm, you won’t be loaded/unloaded. You can park overnight there though, and in the morning around 4ish someone will knock at your truck to attend to you.
As stated you check in at the small blue building, and they will direct you where to go. I was in and out within an hr, employees were nice and I didnt have to try to locate them.
