Julieta Grodensky led our group through two classes and we are completely grateful. She improved the energy in the room and encouraged our best selves to face the rest of the emotionally difficult training we were facing for the day. Always a wonderful experience every time I step foot in here, regardless of what mood I’m in or what’s happening in my life, I walk in here and I’m overcome with love and community. When the teachers say to take what you need and leave what you don’t, they mean it. There is never any judgement or pressure to look a certain way or perform in any kind of way, you simply show up as you are and it is truely such a beautiful vibe. Every. Single. Time. A gem in Hershey and E-town because of the humans in this space!
