I have only used Waxman for school sports pictures. On two occasions, we never received our photos even though they were paid for. Not a phone call or email saying you can pick them up. They made no attempt to even get the pictures to us even though we paid for them. I will never have those wrestling pictures of my son or my granddaughters first year soccer pictures. I only gave them two stars because the pictures I actually did receive were nice.
