Teresa my Physical Therapist is amazing. When I first went for therapy I could barely raise my arm up half way. I had my last session a week ago today. I have full use now of my arm, thanks to my Therapist for her guidance & skill getting me physically is shape again. My arm is as good as new. While Teresa was on vacation I had Michelle for 2 weeks & she too was great. I couldn't be more pleased at the outcome.
Also, I want to mention too that as far as the check in & check out personnel, I was always greeted with a smile & politeness.
Thanks to everyone there for making my journey to wellness again a pleasant one.
The trainers are phenomenal, and I can’t say enough good about them. The front desk staff, however, is rude, condescending, and ineffective. In fact, if someone would message me a phone number of who to speak to, I would love to share feedback, you may find valuable.
Way better then pivot physical therapy they actually want to help you with your physical therapy and physical goals instead of putting you down and telling you to get mental health treatment like pivot physical therapy told me to do
