My wife and I unfortunately discovered probably three days' worth of standing water in our basement suspected to be from our water heater. A coworker of mine recommended Mike Leonard and to put it simply off the bat I was absolutely happy with the experience.
Henry was able to come out the same day I made the call, and instantly he proved to be courteous, professional, and an expert of knowledge. I recently called Mike Leonard’s plumbing for help with a utility pump in my basement that was giving me problems. Devon was assigned to my appointment and I could not have been happier with his assistance. He arrived at the beginning of my appointment window, he was kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He answered all my questions in a way that made everything really easy to understand and he even took a look at other areas of my home to answer questions on the status of the plumbing there. Excellent service!! Polite, clean and job well done. Joe and Steve did a fantastic job. Showed up on-time, fixed what needed to be done. I went up to clean after they left and everything was spotless. Thank you guys!!!!
