I began my journey with acupuncture 3 months ago. Dr. Jonghoon Lee is helping me with my mental health journey. I've struggled with anxiety since a child and depression since I birthed my children...that's an overwhelming amount of time. Since I have a background in yoga and meditation, his treatments and mindfulness is helping me immensely! Absolutely recommended acupuncture for anyone struggling with mental health. Treatment is helping me with understanding neuroscience- connection with the mind and body.

Reviews
I met Liv (the nutrition coach) at work. We both happen to work for the best acupuncture practice in Hershey. We had many casual conversations surrounding nutrition and wellness before she officially became my nutrition coach. She has helped guide my journey to wellness. The scale is down 40 pounds and my overall wellness is up 100%. Liv is a great source for knowledge of all things holistic wellness and an ally for the journey. She expands my horizons in self discovery and supports my efforts to continue showing up as my best self. The acupuncturists are also super great!
Brian is well versed in his practice. I feel very fortunate that I was able to stumble across something so close to home
