I had Maraisha for my massage and Jada for my body scrub. Both of these ladies were outstanding.. the area was quieter than the spa in the hill at the hotel and they offer Hershey melt dollars for your next service. I will return what a lovely place and the staff was over the top...

I do wish it was quieter in the relaxation room, because people do chat loudly a lot in there. It can be very disruptive to others’ experience.
During my visit in Hershey, I wanted a massage. The staff is very friendly and professional. The relaxation lounge was nice and stocked with water, coffee, muffins, and candy. I had a chin wax and the room and bed was nice and toasty, but the end result was not good. I had some hairs left. My massage room and bed was cold. The massage was okay, I have had much better.
