I began my journey with acupuncture 3 months ago. Dr. Jonghoon Lee is helping me with my mental health journey. I've struggled with anxiety since a child and depression since I birthed my children...that's an overwhelming amount of time. Since I have a background in yoga and meditation, his treatments and mindfulness is helping me immensely! Absolutely recommended acupuncture for anyone struggling with mental health. Treatment is helping me with understanding neuroscience- connection with the mind and body.

I have been seeing Jen for a year or so for massage therapy. Jen is quite skilled at working on parts of the body that are tense, injured and/or painful! Jen always asks me what, if anything, is bothering me, and she tailors the massage to that particular site. Her cranio- sacral work is incredibly relaxing and helpful in my overall well-being. Her prices are very reasonable, and although she is busy, she has been very flexible with scheduling. As a 78 y/o woman, I have seen many massage therapists over the years. Jen is one of the best! She is a truly gifted massage therapist.
