The tailor acted as if she did just did not want to help. When I asked for her to also take the legs in on my pants she said no look nice. Whether or not she thought so I wanted the legs taken in as well. I now will be picking these up just to find another place who will listen.

The woman at the front counter was very nice and they were able to hem my pants in a day since I needed them for work. However, the older woman who does the tailoring was pretty rude and gave me attitude for no reason.

I have a wool coat that I got from a dear friend, and I spilled tomato soup all over. I showed them the spots when I dropped it off. When I went to pick it up, no spots anywhere! It looked like a brand new coat! And the staff was super kind at both drop off and pick up.I did bring it in right away—you don't want to procrastinate on stains or they will set and be nearly impossible to remove, even by the best dry cleaners.I am super happy with my coat. Sorry to hear about all the 1-star reviews, they make no sense. (Well, I think I know why but it has nothing to do with you.)Thank you for your excellent service!
