I have a wool coat that I got from a dear friend, and I spilled tomato soup all over. I showed them the spots when I dropped it off. When I went to pick it up, no spots anywhere! It looked like a brand new coat! And the staff was super kind at both drop off and pick up.I did bring it in right away—you don't want to procrastinate on stains or they will set and be nearly impossible to remove, even by the best dry cleaners.I am super happy with my coat. Sorry to hear about all the 1-star reviews, they make no sense. (Well, I think I know why but it has nothing to do with you.)Thank you for your excellent service!

We have been using this dry cleaner for a couple years now. We drop off suits and dress clothes and never had an issues. The staff have been polite and timely. One time we accidentally left a couple of dollar bills a pants pocket. The staff made us aware of this and returned the money when we picked up the clothes.

They were great! Very prompt with my fur coat; it came back very clean and fluffy. I also left my boyfriend's slacks and they came back nicely cleaned and perfectly pressed. The lady was very friendly.10/10 would go again.
