Very disappointed with the service. I got a full set of acrylic nails and two days later they are chipped this badly. Mind you i wasn’t doing anything too extreme with my hands, just driving and other everyday things. The people there are somewhat nice but my nails chipping this fast is very disappointing.
Used to love this place but In the last year it has gone from a normal 45minutes to a hour fill to almost 2 hours. The customer service is lacking. It doesn’t matter if you make an appointment because he will still sit and wait at least a half an hour past your appointment time before they even start your process. The work there is usually pretty good depending on who you get, but it’s quite the process to even get to the point of sitting in the chair
This place deserves a better star rating! I’m happy others have spoke up about this business being family run & when it’s busy, walk ins will need to wait! I have found that it holds true for most nail salons in the hours 4pm - Close during the week & weekends get busy too.
I randomly went in around 12 on a Monday for a pedicure . I was taken care of right away due to only two other clients getting a manicure & pedicure.
I received a wonderful relaxing Aroma pedicure! They have clean nail clippers in those sterilized bags & plastic disposable tub covers.
