100 N Londonderry Square, Palmyra“I have nothing but great things to say about doctor Mele and the staff there. Dr. Mele literally saved the vision in my right eye when she discovered blood pooling in my veins in the back of my eye and scheduling an appointment with a retina specialist. Dr. Mele and her staff are kind, courteous and just simply amazing. They also have a sense of humor which I find calming. I've been to two other optometrists and didn't receive near the kindness and attention I received in this office.“

“My mom has been coming here for the past few months because her glaucoma, which she had been living with for years, finally reared its ugly head. The doctor was honest and informed her that if nothing was done, she would go blind soon. One of her eyes had already sustained damage from the glaucoma.
I was so stressed and cried over her diagnosis, the insurance concerns, and my own personal struggles that I developed a rash on my face and chest. I realized she was in good hands, and I’ve been able to calm down. The doctor was able to perform surgery and place an implant in her worse*eye. Before the procedure, the doctor explained all of the risks involved. Even when my mom’s eye drops were no longer as effective, the doctor didn’t give up. Instead, he implanted the device to help prevent further damage and changed her eye drops. She is currently being monitored, and so far the pressure in her other eye has remained under good control. I am grateful that the doctor didn’t give up on my mom and continues to monitor her. Good, diligent work!“
