I had the most comfortable and kind Tech Alveriana ( I am sorry I know I spelled your name wrong my apologies). She was knowledgable and informed me of every step with my glasses she also got me to take insurance on my glasses which I never do! I enjoyed my time there and she was happy to help me. Alverians is an assist to the vision center. I would recommend Palmary Walmart Vision Center to anyone. The Doctor Tess is amazing! You are in good hands at the Vision Center In Palmyra !!!!
I have nothing but great things to say about doctor Mele and the staff there. Dr. Mele literally saved the vision in my right eye when she discovered blood pooling in my veins in the back of my eye and scheduling an appointment with a retina specialist. Dr. Mele and her staff are kind, courteous and just simply amazing. They also have a sense of humor which I find calming. I've been to two other optometrists and didn't receive near the kindness and attention I received in this office.
Liz has been absolutely amazing with handling warranty replacement glasses for my son who had special needs and she really understands and makes sure he's taken care of with this issue he has with glasses as it slowly is getting better. Thank you, the whole staff has been wonderful!
