Chris Matteson is an amazing home inspector!
The services we purchased were a home inspection, termite inspection, and radon test.
My spouse and I are first time home owners and he taught us so much about our home, what immediate issues to address, and even suggested improvements.
He was so patient with our questions and taking the time to explain things in layman’s terms.
The inspections took about a few hours, and in the evening he sent us our reports with tons of pictures and detailed explanations.
I would highly recommend him!
Wonderful service and a wonderful person. I called him for an inspection and he gave me advice that the inspection was not necessary. Many people would not do that and just come and get paid. This very much says about his integrity. He would be my go to person for any inspection.
Chris was recommended to us by our realtor. Home inspection report was extremely thorough, I also really liked that the PDF of the report includes a table of contents that were also quick links to each section so I didn’t have to scroll through all 40 something pages each time. Chris was also great with quick responses to our communications. Highly recommend!
