Terrible customer service . The workers are rude and try selling unwanted services, my grandma had brought her poodle ( prior show dog) and the groomer Sheila botched her completely 0/10 groomer 0/10 customer service!

This was the first time my dog went to the groomer and she did such a great job. Kelsey took amazing care of my little girl and did an outstanding job. She definitely cares a great deal for all her clients. She looks like a little angel. I highly recommend this groomer if you want best in class service.

Hanna is Pennys groomer & she always does an amazing job!! Penny loves going there & I don’t blame her!! Everyone there is so kind & the place is immaculate. This is the type of groomer you employ? I’d never bring my dog to someone with so much hate in their heart. The other posts she made should never be seen! Disgusting!

Very unprofessional call my wife about a job they posted on indeed she called them back they picked up and sat the phone down and continued to talk about it t the abundance of flies they had in their house she hung up tried to can again it was busy for 10 minutes she finally got thru they said Shannon would be calling for a phone interview she never heard back until she got a message on indeed saying they hired someone else...obviously don't know what it is to run a business

Kelsey did a phenomenal job on our Bichon/Maltese! We’ve missed her taking care of our little guy. She’s always so good to him and he looks great every time he gets groomed by her. You can tell she loves what she does— it shows in her work! We are so happy to have found Kelsey again and will continue to use her! Highly recommended!

When I scheduled an appointment for my elderly dog I explained how old he was and that he has separation anxiety. They booked me an appointment a week out and I took off work to take him. When I arrived I was greeted by a friendly receptionist. However, the groomer came out to explain she would not groom him without a release from my vet stating he was healthy enough. Something that should have been explained to me before booking an appointment and taking off work. My dog gets groomed every 4-8 weeks and you can tell that it had not been an extended time from his last grooming appointment. I was very disappointed to waste my time off and have nothing to show for it. It seemed more like because he was older they didn’t want to take the time on my dog.

Highly recommend Yuppy Puppy on the Go! Shannon was so professional and my dogs look and smell so good! So convenient to not have to leave the house to get your dogs groomed! Already booked our next appointment!
