James was an EXCELLENT Technician! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. Kept me updated via cell phone of his ETA each time he came for my repair. Can’t say the same about the Service Center. They utilize AI Technicians, NOT HUMANS, so you don’t get answers to the questions you may have!!!!

Fridge still has issue but at no fault to technician, wasn't acting up while here of course lol, very polite professional and knowledgeable. Just wish they had better time windows
