Great service. I lost 2 of my cats last week on different days & the second one I brought here on Monday shortly after opening hours. Just over 24 hrs later I got a call that Karmen was ready to be picked up & I had still to hear back from the other place that has my first cat that died. Very quick service & compassionate. I will definitely be using them again when I have need for pet cremation services. Thank you guys for helping get my family back together.
This place and the people who work here are such amazing and kind people. They are so understanding. They did so well with our furbaby’s cremation and more with such beautiful options of urns and pendants. They got perfect paw prints of my little one and fur clippings. They also included a death certificate, a prayers, a beautiful poem and a few more things to help the grieving process. They also sent a letter in the mail of their condolences which we appreciate so much in this hard time. Thank and bless you who all work at this place, you guys are truly wonderful.
Matt and his team go above and beyond. We've used them twice. Most recently this past January when our beloved boy passed unexpectedly in the early hours of the morning. I wouldnt trust anyone else. They help make things a little easier during a horrible time. They truly are the best.
