My family would absolutely recommend Tom and Hermitage Heating and Cooling. We called at 9:00am on a Sunday, needing an A/C unit repair. They were at our house at 10:00am the same day, and the work was done by 11:00am. It was amazing! Very reasonable price. Quick service on a weekend. They cleaned up after the job. They were friendly and professional. An easy five stars.
I asked if he would sell me a part that was needed in for a furnace in another state. He had the part and brought it to my house. My husband and son took the part to my daughter's house and had her furnace fixed quickly. Great customer service and willingness to provide the part needed. I would absolutely recommend.
Great prices.Always on time and very knowledgeable. Friendly and takes the time to answer all your questions.The first time I had him out was the day I moved into my home and the heat that had worked before wouldn't come on. It was a Saturday. He was the only one who would call back and it took him only 15 minutes to figure out that the contractors hadn't flipped a power switch (that I didn't even know existed) back on when they were done .
