I just want to say that Crystal has been an amazing and supportive boss that I would now consider a friend. She was both professionally and personally there for me and my family when we lost my mother in law. I've done home health/ nursing for 23 years. Prior to Cross Home Care, LLC. I was employed by and using services from another agency to assist in caring for my mother-in-law. During the 3 1/2 years I was employed with and worked for the other company I was never valued appreciated and OFTEN dealt with no relief/ coverage on my days off or even the courtesy of a phone call.
