My boiler stopped working and they came out the next day. Other companies would not fit me in unless I had previously used them. Very responsive and performed the work quickly. I appreciated that they also cleaned up the old boiler.

WOW! Never expected such prompt follow up, concern, care and financially doable service. Called Volkman & Sons re a new Samsung dryer issue I continue to have and the next day, Carl reached out and their tech, Vince, arrived. Loved that he really listened to my dilemma re the visits I've had with Samsung techs, came prepared with the new required duct tubing, checked basement and outside duct work, and offered additional advice that I could forward to Samsung to show my follow up with their recommendations re their dryer issues. I highly recommend Volkman & Sons and you can be sure, I'll keep their number for any future home issues their business offers... read full review
