“I saw this bad review on here and wanted to say, that Ray came out last winter very late at night when our furnace stopped working.He was able to get it working so we'd have heat until he come come the next day with the new part.He wouldn't except any money that night, even for the part.He got us up and running the next day. The part was not expensive at allHe explained everything, every step of the way and updated us by phone several times as to when he'd pick up the part and be back to the house.I'd use him again any time.“

“Technician was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Not only did he come diagnose the problem but showed me how everything worked and proper way to clean unit. After he left we had no problem.
