Very professional service, crew arrived first thing in the morning, 7am and immediately got to work, no goofing around, finished two roofs in one day and a half, very friendly crew, very respectful, they absolutely know their craft, great work. Ask them to come in the summer of 2020, fixed my roof and the job was completed. It looked well done and professional but in about a week leaks still happened. Over the course of the months I told them about the leak. They came once to repair and redid what was needed but the quality still wasn’t good. Leaks still happened and when I asked him again to come they kept saying, we’ll be there & you’re number 1 priority. Still never came. Reached out to have a suspected leak looked at - owner Chuck got back to me same-day, and had scheduled a visit within the next 2 days. After he arrived, we found the roof was end-of-life (20 year shingle installed 22 years ago) and had prior repairs.Chuck had scheduled a replacement to be installed within one week later (despite the snow/winter weather), and had it completed same-day.He came through on pricing, and though we discovered 40-50 sheets of decking underneath the roof needed to be replaced, (the attic was not previously vented, and the shingles were degrading) the price was overall still very reasonable.Chuck and his team were nothing but professional, got...read full review
