I've always had a good experience with S. J. Kowalski. Whether it is just routine maintenance or repairs, their work is excellent, fast, and the crew are knowledgeable. Years ago, they installed central air conditioning in my previous house. They mapped out the whole house to recommend the most efficient system. Worked perfectly and never had any problems. The workers did a wonderful job, very efficient in difficult circumstances such as old row home and rain. They were very respectful and kept us informed at all times what they were doing and the problems they encountered. Couldn't ask for a better job done.
