I took my first formal yoga class with Penny this morning. The chair yoga session was both relaxing and energizing. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming to the studio. ????

Very patient instructor (Jenn), wide-open inside space, reasonable pricing, very Covid19 conscientious, masks worn, social distancing at all times, temperature checks upon arrival, hand sanitizer station located at door. A++

I went to Jen's chair yoga class yesterday and loved every minute of it. It was a great sequence of poses and can be as challenging as you want to make it. Thanks Jen! I hope to make it next week and I hope to bring my boyfriend!
