A very welcoming environment with helpful teaching staff. Whether you are new or seasoned in your yoga practice, this is a great place get your yoga practice done. I always walk out feeling refreshed, calm, and strong.

Very patient instructor (Jenn), wide-open inside space, reasonable pricing, very Covid19 conscientious, masks worn, social distancing at all times, temperature checks upon arrival, hand sanitizer station located at door. A++

I've been to mystic a few times now and I've never felt better after leaving a class. The assistance in poses and encouragement you get in the studio is amazing. I went to my first class and was so welcomed. I did the 40 days and was pushed to my fullest extent. I was encouraged the entire way through to just continue and grow. The relaxation on the studio being silent and just focusing on hearing everyone breathe was amazing. Nothing has ever made me feel more relaxed. If you haven't tried a class at the studio yet I strongly encourage it. Michele and the other teachers are OUTSTANDING and their support is always there. Great job ladies and thank you!
