“Makayla was fantastic to work with. She gave us great guidance and advice to help us find the home that met our needs. She was very patient and knowledgeable, never pushy or high pressure. She went out of her way to accommodate any request for showings. She helped facilitate some minor issues that came up after closing. I would highly recommend Makayla.”
“Tim and his team are exactly who you want when buying a home. When dealing with such a significant decision, it is important to feel trust - Tim helped us understand all the pros and cons and shared his experience to help us determine the right next steps. I truly respect that he wasn’t just a “yes man,” but advised us constructively. He is a partner and expert.
Tim doesn’t just manage the process, but your experience as well. Along the way, Tim was incredibly communicative, transparent, flexible, and patient. He even connected us with an entire network of great people in the area. He made our home purchase journey a memory, not just a transaction.
I would highly recommend Tim and the Meagher team. Thank you, Tim!”
