I was looking for a PA home inspector not related to my broker and not knowing anyone from the area I contacted Flint. On the phone he is an engineer, takes on average 3 hours per inspection so I asked him as my third call out if he would email me a sample inspection and he did and found he kicks the tires, checks all the fluids and documents all into a 48 page report I can use on my home purchase.
