It's always a pleasure hearing Wendy's voice when I call. She's kind and helpful. I've been a customer of Paupack Fuel Oil for 3 years. It started because when I moved into a new home the previous home owners left the tank bone dry...and we were moving in during a snow storm in January! The company I originally went with said they couldn't help bring oil for a few days, so I desperately called around, being new to the area, and unfamiliar with who could help. Paupack Oil came through that day and filled our tank. Since then the experiences have been the same: responsive, helpful, and kind. Thank you!

We had a little drip in the basement coming from up in a wall, so I placed a call to Paupack. They within a few hours identified the leak and seeing it wasn’t a bad leak I told them it fine to come back the next. Then day he showed right on time. He spread out a blanket to protect the floor where he laid out his tools. He told me exactly what he was going to do and did it in a clean professional manner. It was a great experience from beginning to end and the price was very fair. I would give them my highest recommendation

they installed 6 ductless units in our house this week. 3 guys showed up both days. They worked hard, and they did good work. they cleaned up everything. when they left, there was no remnants of them ever having been here.
