Reviews
I had great experience working with Russ. He's honest, true to his words, and genuinely tries to be helpful. I had a small under sink cabinet area that needed mold remediation due to past sink leak. He was punctual on showing up for assessment and doing the actual remediation work. While there, he helped me look into a separate sink leak issue (unrelated to the mold remediation itself). Since he knows plumbing, he helped me on that while he's there without my having to call a separate handyman/plumber. He's transparent with pricing and even when I had follow up questions on final invoice, his assistant clarified for me. I would not hesitate to work with Russ again.
Simple & Honest
He stopped by to take a look at the situation and was able to confirm that there was no mold present. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to answer my questions. I appreciate him coming out and giving me some peace of mind. Would recommend.
