I had no heat for 6 days including Thanksgiving this year. I called in the middle of the night and received a return call at 8:30am. The gentleman promised a technician on Black Friday-that day.. The tech arrived at 10:30am and I had heat in an hour. I would overwhelmingly suggest Marvin Kantze to everyone! Susan Kincade

Ross was invaluable throughout the installation, answering any questions and concerns we had and taking the time to ensure we understood how the app worked and how to use it effectively. Our house has never felt warmer! We only wish we had done it sooner.
