I went yesterday and had a refill and pedicure I was so upset that I felt rushed , I was going to dinner later that evening and wanted to wear my Channel nail polish. The Tech that worked on my nails was rushing and made a complete mess , not even touching near my cuticles with the polish therefore leaving a space showing the top of the untouched when I told her about it she got mad so I requested she take that polish off and I would chose a different color from their selection hoping she would be able to work with that better. She never even finished taking the Chanel polish off and stormed away . Kim was aware there was a problem and should have come over to address... read full review

It was great and amazing. Professional and kind. The thing is I got two scars on my fingers because the hand pressure was a lil bit hard but I like my nail and I’ll definitely go there again.

I got a pedicure and dip manicure. The pedicure was great but the manicure though it turned out well really hurt. The buffer they
use in your nails kept hitting the skin above the nail and when I left I noticed most them were bleeding. My fingers still hurt a bit and that was yesterday
