super happy with my experience here, my dog Tia looked beautiful after her first haircut. I appreciated that it wasn’t super loud and chaotic in there, obviously grooming shops are not the quietest place but all things considered it seems like a fairly stress free environment for the dogs. The staff are all kind and welcoming. The price of services are fair and the quality is there.

After having some of the worse grooming experiences for my Fluffy Frenchie, I am so happy that I found Bugsy’s Grooming.
I made an appointment on Thursday for Saturday morning. I was called to confirm the appointment (Love the communication). Upon arriving Saturday, the woman at the front desk was beyond nice, courteous and professional. The appointment was timely and my puppy looked great. They did an amazing job.

Our Chug is having neck issues (related to her breed). This is the only groomer that uses a harness and not a collar. We were very happy with the results. She is clean and soft and smells good!
