Willow does excellent work, and has timely and professional communication and service. Lori offers great customer support. The arborist, Ian, is always willing to meet with us to discuss seasonal concerns regarding our trees; and offers knowledgeable advice. The team is prompt, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend.
We had a very large tree come down in the storm on 5/20. We have used Willow in the past and called on Thursday. A team showed up Friday morning and did a tremendous job clearing the massive debris. Couldn’t be happier with their work.
I had older bushes that needed to be replaced. A friend referred them because she was very satisfied with their work. I received a quote and several weeks later they came to perform the work. My new bushes and mulched area look fabulous. I have recommended them to my neighbors.
